Baby Beets & Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (16 ounces) Aunt Nellie’s Whole Baby Pickled Beets, drained
  • 3/4 cup assorted pitted olives
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions

Makes 6 servings.

1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Serve at room temperature or chilled
