How to Assemble the Bagel Sandwich Board

  1. Add the Beet Cream Cheese Spread to a wide bowl in the center of a large serving board.
  2. Arrange the bagels along the top-left side of the board.
  3. Make the fruit skewers: Thread ingredients onto each skewer in this order: 1 baby beet, 1 green grape, 1 whole strawberry, 1 green grape, 1 baby beet. Repeat with the remaining skewers until you have 6 total.
  4. Add the skewers, sliced pickled beets, capers, everything bagel seasoning, and honey in separate small serving dishes and place around the edges of the board.
  5. Fan out the cucumber rounds, red onion rings, smoked salmon, radishes, avocado slices, and lemon rounds in neat clusters around the bowl of beet cream cheese spread.
  6. Fill in the board with halved hard-boiled eggs, a bunch of green grapes, and microgreens.
  7. Sprinkle the hard-boiled eggs and smoked salmon with a little everything bagel seasoning. Sprinkle smoked salmon with some chopped fresh dill.
  8. Tuck in sprigs of fresh dill across the board.
  9. Encourage guests to build their own breakfast bagel sandwiches with the Beet Cream Cheese Spread and all the beautiful fixings. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks

This breakfast charcuterie board is totally customizable. Try using toasted english muffins or sliced artisan bread instead of bagels. Grapes and strawberries can be changed to cubed cantaloupe and honeydew melon on the skewers. Don’t have honey on hand? Try maple or agave syrup with the beet and cream cheese dip.
